I believe the best way to build confidence is a combination of taking risks and letting go of any worries you may have. It is something that can not be achieved overnight…..time and practice is key. Its might seem difficult and intimidating in the beginning but I’d found that when you begin to make a habit to be more assertive and bold on a regular basis, you will surely feel a gradual change within yourself.
