Simi and Abhi apologise to each other at Qutub Minar, but Abhi requests Simi to at least think about telling her parents about Rajivs character. Anita tells Abhi that he has to go for dinner at her in-laws place, as per a custom. Neetu and Mili begin to prepare food for Abhi, while Abhi calls Simi saying that he wants to meet her. When Abhi comes to the Sethi house, he is embarrassed to meet Rajinder who recognizes him. Meanwhile, Simi who isnt in the scene when Abhi comes, eventually realises that Abhi is none other than Anujs brother-in-law.
