Abhi takes Anu aside and speaks to her. He then comes out and tells Rajinder that Anu has a mental problem and she considers Abhi her boyfriend. Simi and Rajinder feel relieved and happy. Mili tells Abhi that he must do something soon and take Simi away. Abhi promises to do so. Anita tells her mother about Simi and Abhi. Celebrations of the `Lohri festival (Harvest festival) are underway at the Sethi House. Mrs. Tarneja comes to their house to join the celebration. Anita tries to grab every opportunity to tarnish Abhis image. Some drunkard boys come outside the Sethi House and create a ruckus. They call themselves Abhis friends and say that they have come on Abhis request. They also tease Neetu. Anuj and Surinder fail to control them.
