Everyone in the Garodia family is tense as they feel they have lost Saraswati’s case. Kshitij tells Suryakant that they should have listened to him as he never felt that Damini was capable of handling this case. Meanwhile, Damini finds herself in a dilemma as the ghosts of her past have once again emerged to haunt her. Damini’s mother is also shocked when she comes to know that the defendant is none other than Kapil, Damini’s ruthless husband. However, Damini tells her mother that she will not let her past ruin Saraswati’s future and will win the case by all means. Damini then goes to meet Suryakant. An infuriated Kshitij confronts her and accuses her of breaching their trust. He alleges Damini that because of her personal problems, Saraswati’s life was at stake. However, when Damini narrates her horrendous past with Kapil, Savitri sympathises with her. Savitri encourages Damini to fight the case and tells her that she has complete faith in her. Suryakant also pledges his support. Later, Karan suggests that if they can get hold of the ward boy of the mental asylum, who was a close aide of Bhavishya, then they could reveal Bhavishya’s true image in court. The next day, Savitri is pleasantly surprised when Soni, Payal and Saloni (from Maayka, Teen Bahuraaniyan and Saat Phere, respectively) also turn up in the court to express their support.
