I was like that too until i learnt to be conscious of my inner negative thoughts and replace them with positive ones. I would suggest you go through the same process, it really works. We feel exactly as we think. Here’s a quote that i read from a book and it is always on top of my head “Practice Uplifting self-praise. don’t practice belittling self-punishment. You are what you think you are. Think more of yourself and there is more of you”.
That’s a big part of my problem I guess. My brain is just different. Everything appears and feels completely different to me than everyone else. It’s like I’m autistic or something. I never understand how to act, and whenever I try to be more outgoing it backfires into extreme awkwardness (because even though I WANT to be an outgoing type person, it’s not natural to me or I have no “intuition”?).

Dance floor game is my best type of game being a street and salsa dancer and teacher myself, as I like to interact with the girls by teaching a few salsa steps. However I noticed during the middle bit of the video he holds her head and pushed it down, I could be wrong but that’s what it looked like. I thought it was very forward and may put the girl off, I was just wondering what your opinion was of that event?

I never understand how other guys can dance like that. They look so awkward IMO. It’s great they’re that confident but to me it just looks stupid and I can’t feel comfortable looking that retarded.

I use dancing to actually approach someone. I have been able to get to different stages using just dancing. I grew up dancing to Spanish music, it”s really not hard and nobody should feel intimidated by dancing. Use it! It works.
