Massage in and of it’s self can have a hypnotic effect and when combined with a creative visualization hypnotic induction, can be very powerful in achieving good working hypnotic depth. Arms rising , suggesting lightness is a good indication of responsiveness . Snap and the word “Massage” and Snap and the word “Sleep” seal the deal.
