Mia, I seriously love you. You are hysterical, and I thank god I waited it out after finding out this wasn’t a full video. Seriously though, Ayline should /so/ win/.
If Ali wins, I would be less disappointed however I can not help to notice that we do have Artie, Becky, and for a small time Quinn solidly giving teens with disabilities a voice on the show. That leaves us with Aylin, who gives us a completely new and refreshing story. Ryan Murphy take the hint. Us Gleeks are ready to meet other Gleeks with different stories and backgrounds, take us out of the locker room and into real world!
While I think that all of the contestants deserve a shot to be on the show, I can’t help but feel it is time for something new. How many bad boy jocks have come and gone on Glee? Finn, Puck, Sam it seems like we are seeing the same jocks with slight hair alterations and sometimes abnormal sized lips. Blake would be yet another McKinley High quarterback added to the stack; after four seasons of Glee and every other teen show on the air, I HAVE HAD ENOUGH of the boy athlete meets girl/boy.
I despise Aylin. I know what it’s like to be middle eastern and she is just not a good role model for middle eastern kids. But of course they have to make her win because she’s the only route they haven’t taken before. Yay.
