If you’re on a web page the page has already been loaded, like un-plug your internet while watching a youtube video or wiki They will still be their. The phone lost its connection because of a jammer. Some Jammers however can only block some types of signal and not all like only cell phone or radio

My guess is the camera man was sitting on the back of a pick-up truck and slid off the end when he started to follow him. Pretty sure he’s moving too fast to be using a dolly, but he could be.
