Well im thoroughly impressed especially with the knowledge that you have and I guess that’s why I still look like I have some knowledge but I don’t have enough knowledge and that’s the plan to where I’m stuck it because I know my focus in the gym and I know if I’m working out very hard but if anything it feels like I’m just getting thicker instead of leaner….

  4. doing pushups will only build up enough muscle(which wont be alot) to make pushing yourself up less of a challenge. once you can do about 40-50 your body will stop building muscle from doing pushups and once you go beyond 40-50 from that point on it just becomes an endurance exercise unless you increase weight with a weight vest, and then your body will start to build muscle but only enough until it becomes easy. pushups will help u get a chiseld chest as opposed to a larger chest.

  6. Thanks for your reply Hildo8! I actually completed this program just one week ago. Although I did not gain the weight that I was hoping, I did gain some muscle. I was 68 kg and after the program I was 71kg (i am 180cm). It’s hard to gain weight on a raw food vegan diet. My goal is 80 kg. Now I’m thinking of cutting some of the cardio workouts to save energy for muscle growth and easing out the bonus programs too. I guess everyone has to find out what works for you. bc we are all different.

  7. things have changed since this comment….im into alot of strengh training and strengh building….im still running though man need to be on the fit and healthy side cart just be all bulk an fat it would look discusting so i got my diet and fitness levels in order aswel as very strong and bigger than last time i commented 🙂 cheers though man

  9. It’ll work! You just have to find out what works for you. Since I’m not raw food vegan myself it’s difficult for me to give you any advice on what to eat or not. Avocado has a healthy fat acid so don’t worry too much about that although be careful with to many nuts. I would also suggest oat meal.
    This program is really good, and it also depends on what you want to do with your body.

  10. Hey Chris, Im 14 years old and 6 foot. I weight 154 lbs and am not really strong. I have a little bit of fat around each area of my body and a 34 inch waist. Do you think this program can get me the body of my dreams to get the girl of my dreams by say August?

  11. Chris I also would like to know if you do cheat meals, i.e Sunday cheat meal or two? I have a strict as heck diet which is ok but atm doing a Sunday cheat meal or two..
